Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays due to high volume of orders or postal problems are outside of our control.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@maileworld.com with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Maile World does not offer refunds for returns at this time.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery date for item exchange or store credit. Maile World covers the cost of shipping for exchanges and returns.
Our products must be visibility unworn and unaltered with all materials (shoe box, dust bags, etc) included, in order to be eligible for exchanges or store credit.
If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you without store credit.
If approved by our team, store credit will be issued via the email used to process your order.
*Store credit is available as a payment method only through our online store. You can view your store credit balance in account details when logged into your customer profile (toggle located in the top right of our home page, next to the search bar)
All sale items are final sale.
